Are you writing a book meant to offer guidance or wisdom that illuminates someone’s pathway forward?

(I call these “books that help people.”)

Let’s grow it right.

A book that helps people is grounded in more than just the book.

  • There’s your authority—the reason people will trust you with this

  • There’s your uniqueness—the way your book offers something new

  • There’s your readers—who they are and how they find you

  • There’s your message—the transformation your book will bring

  • There’s the need—why this book, why right now, and why you

The Bookwifery process readies you for all of this, moving you through it with ease.

The Bookwifery guides and workbooks are the cornerstone when you start.

Then we get into pages and manuscript.

The secret sauce is our work together.

Whether you pursue independent or traditional publishing, the Bookwifery process supports you.

  • Start with the book pregnancy planning guide

  • Move through the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimesters

  • Schedule 1:1 sessions along the way

  • Join our Bookwifery Collective for check-ins and community support

  • Add in Bookwifery’s editorial expertise

  • Live into the delivery plan you create

  • Receive postnatal care once your book has greeted the world

I’ve poured everything I know into every resource here, then added soul care to the whole of it.

There’s much to learn, discern, and work toward in book pregnancy.

Every guidebook was personally written by me to enable you to:

  • Learn what you need to know, with no steps missed

  • Discern the choices along the way that are right for you

  • Work toward each milestone with confidence and strength

As you hit each milestone, I’m right there to support you with feedback, ideas, editorial expertise, and ongoing discernment.

When you choose the Bookwifery way of growing and birthing your book, you receive from me:

  • A wholehearted champion for you and your project

  • Someone who sees deeply into what you and your book can be

  • A discernment partner for key decision moments along the way

  • My feedback to strengthen and clarify your book’s viability

  • My editorial expertise to sculpt your project toward its best self

  • My mindful care for your tender places along the way

  • A book midwife for the whole of your book pregnancy

Your book is important, and you want to tend it well.

You can do this.

This deceptively simple, deeply supportive process grows your inner authority.

Strengthen your conviction about:

  • The place your book belongs in the conversation space

  • What your book does that other books don’t

  • Whom you’re serving and how you’re serving them

  • What you believe about your subject matter

  • Everything that belongs in your book and why it’s there

  • Your publishing path and delivery plan for your book

Every guidebook leads you from one phase of book pregnancy to the next.

You complete:

  • Exercises that deepen your clarity and grow your confidence

  • A book proposal to be proud of, including three sample chapters

  • An impeccable query letter

  • A full-length manuscript

  • A discerned publishing path

  • Your book’s delivery plan for its birth into the world

How long does it take?

The timeline is up to you for the parts that belong to you.

  • Complete the guidebooks and digital workbooks at the right pace for you

  • Set 1:1 sessions with me once you hit clear milestones

  • Write the book proposal and manuscript chapters on your schedule

  • Turn around revisions on deadlines that work for you

Publishing, as an industry, moves slow. For the parts that belong to you, it doesn’t have to.

If you’ve started writing pages, stop.

There are other things to do first.
